Organizations must seek a new approach to strategy execution in response to the uncertainties of today’s business environment. Our Adaptive Strategic Execution Program (ASEP), developed in partnership with Duke Corporate Education, is designed to help leaders prevail over the challenges of executing strategic projects.
This December, during our first #ASEPatDuke event, two courses will be offered on Duke’s campus in Durham, North Carolina, offering leaders a unique opportunity to retreat from their work routine and immerse themselves in engaging content taught by world-class instructors.
To learn more about why adaptive leadership is essential and how these ASEP courses align with specific skills required of today’s project-based workers, view our On Campus SlideShare presentation.
